By using MemSoph ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MemSoph is an AI chatbot that remembers user corrections. Users can interact with the AI, teach it facts, and manage their personal knowledge base (the "Sophia" memory system).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use automated means to access the Service without permission.
Paid plans (Pro and Premium) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to Stripe's policies.
The MemSoph name, logo, and branding are proprietary. You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself.
MemSoph is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated responses. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
