MemSoph ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data when you use the MemSoph service.
We collect the following categories of information: Account Data: When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials. Conversation Data: We store your chat messages and AI responses to provide the service. We also store corrections you make to the AI — this is the core functionality of MemSoph. Usage Data: We collect anonymized, aggregated statistics about feature usage to improve our service. This data cannot identify you personally. Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
To provide and maintain the MemSoph service. To personalize your experience (your corrections teach the AI). To process payments and manage subscriptions. To improve our service through anonymized analytics. To communicate with you about your account.
Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Row-Level Security ensures you can only access your own data.
Free tier: Corrections are retained for 7 days. Chat history is limited to 500 messages. Pro/Premium tiers: Corrections and chat history are retained indefinitely until you delete your account. Anonymous trial users: Data is deleted after 30 days of inactivity.
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, export your data (Pro/Premium users), and object to processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@memsoph.ai.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Microsoft Clarity for anonymized heatmaps and session recordings. We do not use advertising cookies.
Stripe: Payment processing. Anthropic (Claude): AI model provider. Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure. Google: OAuth authentication provider. Microsoft Clarity: Anonymized analytics.
MemSoph is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
